This notice explains how Aaron Bentley ("I", "me") uses the information you send through this website.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, the service you're interested in, your message and the page you sent it from. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to arrange and deliver coaching, talks or workshops. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Please don't include detailed health information in the form – we can discuss anything personal on our call.

Who can see it

Form submissions are stored by my website host, Netlify, Inc., which processes them on my behalf. I never sell or share your details with anyone else.

TikTok videos

TikTok videos on this site only load if you press play. Once loaded, TikTok may set its own cookies, as described in TikTok's privacy policy.

How long I keep it

If you don't become a client, I delete your enquiry within 12 months.

Children

If you're under 18, please ask a parent or carer to contact me on your behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
