Supporting ADHD is part of good management
In the UK, ADHD can count as a disability under the Equality Act 2010, which means employers may need to make reasonable adjustments. Acas guidance on neurodiversity adjustments gives practical examples, such as breaking work into smaller tasks and holding regular check-ins.
Employees may also be able to get practical support through the government's Access to Work scheme. My workshops help managers turn this guidance into everyday habits.
Every workshop includes
- A planning call with your team lead or HR
- Content tailored to your organisation
- Interactive exercises using real scenarios
- A follow-up resource sheet for attendees
