My story

From struggling to coaching

  1. Primary school, 1990s

    An early diagnosis

I was diagnosed with ADHD when very little was known about it, and I remember it being frightening. The medication I was given sedated me, and my mum took me off it because it took away my personality. After that, I had no support at school at all.

  2. Teens and early twenties

    Struggling to keep up

High school was hard, and work was harder. In my twenties I was assessed again and started medication that did help – but I still struggled for another ten years, moving from job to job and dealing with constant mental health challenges.

  3. The turning point

    Deciding to change things

One day I realised nobody was coming to fix things for me. So I took the generic advice that had never worked, stripped it back and rebuilt it from an ADHD point of view.

  4. Two years of refining

    Systems that actually work

I spent the next two years testing and refining those systems on my own life. That's when everything started to change.

  5. Today

    Helping others do the same

I've now coached more than 150 people and work with 30 clients every week. I bring the hardest and the best parts of my own ADHD to every session.

A note on medication: it helps many people, and it helped me later on. That's a conversation for you and your doctor. My role is the practical side – the systems, habits and mindset that make daily life work.

My approach

What working with me is like

Built for ADHD brains

No neurotypical templates. Every strategy is designed around interest, energy and how your attention really works.

Completely judgement-free

Missed a task? Dropped a routine? That's information, not failure. We adjust and go again.

Small, realistic steps

You'll leave every session with one or two clear actions that fit a real week, not a 40-point plan.
